How about a bump with a request for help, since this thread has the eyes of the new AFF bondage.com overlords? :helpme
My issues (I'm sure they are all transitional fallout) in a nutshell: 1) I was/am a bondage.com affiliate. 2) The geoIP banners hosted on bondage.com are no longer loading on my sites, such as Bondage Blog. 3) My bondage.com (penguincash) userid / pass does not work at the new affiliates.bondage.com URL. 4) The "forgot password" button appears to work, but no email has been forthcoming. 5) The contact form is broken, and will not submit my request for help. (Nature of the breakage: There's a drop-down menu from which to select a mandatory "feedback type" item -- but that drop-down menu is blank and unpopulated with any selectable items.) 6) No affiliate contact email address is provided on the broken contact form. (Grrr.) 7) No answer has been forthcoming from the old bondage.com affiliate support emails I was in the habit of using. (It hasn't been very long, but given the changes, I'm not too optimistic about waiting.) 8) There IS no number eight. To save me from having to pull all my broken bondage.com banners, can somebody please post a working affiliate support email address, or email me at [email protected]? Thanks! |

Hi, Elli. Thanks ever so much!
I have one more suggestion, which is that somebody ought to think about updating the Penguin Cash (no longer loading) and cash.bondage.com (never quite finished) pages with some info on how the transition will be handled for pre-existing bondage.com affiliates. Stuff like: 1) whether old NATS links will continue to work, and if not, how to replace them 2) info on how and by whom outstanding affiliate obligations will be paid (especially rebills) 3) whether former bondage.com affiliates need to get new AFF affiliate accounts, or whether there will be integration with existing AFF affiliate accounts we have, or what. It's all very confusing (probably for y'all too) and some public info would be handy. Thanks again! |
403 is getting closer :)
