You can't go wrong with Fat Burger out West. I don't eat beef but their turkey burgers are incredible.

When I was in New York, I got into my hotel very late, like 11pm or so but me and my girl were very hungry. We called the concierge to see what he suggested we do and he told us to order some take-away. We picked Wendys, it was just on the corner but damn that burger was fucking awesome man. First time and last time I had some Wendys burgers but it was real good. I also love McDonalds... much better than our shitty McDonalds here.

In terms of fast food, I'm a big fan of Jack in the Box...but I also LOVE the toaster sandwiches at Sonic, which have a hamburger patty

I don't really enjoy chain burger places and I've eaten at most of the ones mentioned in this thread. You need to find the mom and pop places those will always beat out the chains, if you're ever in Texas this will come in handy.

fat boys in brunswick maine has the best fast food burgers. they come right to your car to take your order like in the 50s. I have lived all over the US and that place is the best!

The best burger I have had is the Triple Bacon Mushroom Swiss Kobe beef burger we had at my restaurant in Baltimore, Red Fish, unfortunately it was very expensive and we didn't sell many so we took it off the menu.

i know it's not really a "burger joint" but i love wendy's hamburgers.

i love that they're square.

there are two places around here in ohio that are very comparable to eachother, one is called swenson's and the other is called skyway. both of them have awesome burgers and they're sorta like little mom and pop joints. now i'm hungry.

Dude, the In and Out on Tropicana, down from the Excalibur?
NEVER go there late night on the weekend.
There is a Fat Burger right next to the MGM.

Or better yet, hit the grille at Smith and Wollenski's, I think they are still open at the bar until like 12 or so, and ask for a Burger.
It's like that episode of Cosby when he took the kids fine dining.
