so i book my ticket for phoenix so i think.

i make a mistake and forgot its last weekend in march and not weekend of 23rd. within 2 minutes of it i realized and called.

no problem yet. ticket canceled. no charges to the credit card. canceled ticket.

so all i want to do is go ahead and rebook the ticket with them and throw them some business.

the little schmuck tells me they are still gonna charge me 9 bucks for the reservation on the ticket as a fee.

i'm like so you gonna charge me and then charge me again for the same exact transaction just five minutes apart, for the same exact trip.

spoke to supervisor, gave me run around.

FUCK YOU CHEAP TICKETS.

Lots of competition out there. Hello orbitz, expedia, travelocity, and happy harveys crop dusting service. fuck off cheap tickets.

Your customer service sucks.

so yeah im bitching about 9 bucks cuz they did nothing and i charged em nothing. CC didnt even authorize at that point it was still all still within their company. coulda cut me some slack.

they lost a customer. bottom line.

up here in canada i just goto westjet or aircanada's website and order tickets, and they are cheaper than booking through an agent..that way less hassle

Feel lucky you got out that cheap, I had to cancel my trip to phx last yr because my dad died, the ticket cost me $238, even though it was a family emergency they still wouldn't refund it, so i ask them if I can use it towards another flight, they say sure but there is a $150 transfer fee. I was like WFT just take advantage of someone elses misfortune why dont you!

companies are such dickheads about "fees". if someone can logically explain to me how i was provided a service, or cost them money, ill gladly pay a fee.

otherwise its just them asking for extra money for absolutely no reason. obviously the people giving you shit about making a mistake dont understand the concept of "principle".
