This is completely out of my ball park since im not a producer, although im just curious how you do it.Do you put adds in the local paper or find them off the net? Is it legal in your state/prov to put an add in the paper "Pornstars Wanted for Xxx Photoshoots, Call This number". Or do the potential models come to you ?Do they back out at the last minute?Is there any confilcts during the shoot? i think it would be good to hear some experiences/stories from the producers.

we tried ads, and the results we got were horrific (as in those that showed up were awful)...

We've been sticking with nabbing fresh talent from various agencies... we know what we're getting up front, have an agency that makes sure they show up to the shoots and are tested.
