      excellent! i don't know why YouTube and Google think they can do what the rest of us can't. Those two YouTube guys who made the billion dollars are no better than the content thieves people bitch about in this industry.

      I hope this isn't settled out of court - it would be best if a judge made a decision that sites like YouTube and all these forums giving away entire porn sites through Rapidshare can't hide behind the legal mumbo jumbo they have been up until now.

          youtube is located in the US....rapidshare is not. big difference.
