I'm having some problems..

Anyone have good contact info for Tracy from Fantasy Content?

On January 10th, we bought and paid for 56,245 pics and 2,408 videos (vids=5.6 GB).

We got the docs on most of the pics, they were bundled with the images, BUT, it's pretty tough getting the docs on the videos after so many promises of getting them to me this way or that, now I can't get hold of her at all.

I was hoping someone had better contact info or something?

We have all the receipts and licenses, signed, but no docs whatsoever. I even paid her extra, up front, because she doesn't have a copier or scanner, now I can't get a response and I asked her to close this last week because .. well, 2 months is just too long to close this deal, but no response

If anyone recognises these folders below, and you have the docs for them, I'd really appreciate somehow getting them.

This is really holding us up, we're ready to use these files but we want the docs first, obviously.

No one bought these videos and has the docs? I think the whole thing was offered on GFY before, not sure though.

If someone has the docs, maybe we can work something out, although I really don't want to have to buy them twice.

Yea, she did, and I also stopped trying. I have all the log files, not that they'll do any good.

She contacted me a lot trying to sell this or that, after I bought the first round, but when I started getting insistent about the docs, she stopped.

IF you do buy those videos, I'd suggest making sure up front that you get at least the docs before you pay. The docs are the most important part

I have the same problem. When I asked for the docs, I didn't get them. The content is sitting there doing nothing.

I just talked to her, she promises tomorrow.

I assume she'll upload them for everyone who bought the content, and someone else did give me the download url to 6 of IDs this afternoon, but I need a lot more, maybe (roughly) 100 or so, but I really don't know exactly because I don't know how many models are in the vids.

If you don't get them (too) then hit me up at 121-760-557 and I'll try to help you if I do get them.

Thanks for making sure that I have all the docs I need and I'm sure anyone who needs them can just contact you.

Nice DVDs by the way! If anyone is in the market for some nice content on DVD, you should talk to Tracy. It's crystal clear quality, what I saw.
