No they have to get at least one signup in order to get in the drawing each day. I've won like 6 times so far, good thing I have like 22 usernames there, I could really make some good bank this month with very few signups

maxcash sux big time. only converted 1:56 for me b4, that's why i pulled all their links off and replaced by my dialer links
