I only push a few sites because I focus on my own, however, I've got your link up. I can't even login into my account, it's saying...

"Error: Access to default session denied

spacedog 03-11-2007 05:33 PM

I don't even know my ratio because I can't login..

No answer to the icq's sent.. no answer to the emails..

Typical Spacedog reply.

I'm another one whose conversions went to shit after HushMoney moved away from NATS. Last year, I was 1:842 and this year, I'm 1:6259. And of course, no rebills.

I didn't have a ton of sales with them, but it was consistent. Now, the same traffic that performed last year isn't doing anything now.

It's been on my "To Do" list to take their links down and the only reason they're still up is that I've been busy and just haven't gotten around to it yet.

I haven't taken the time to email about the issue (its easier to just replace with another program), but I keep seeing these same threads with other webmasters complaining about their numbers and it's obvious that there's something wrong on the Hush Money side.

Digipimp 03-11-2007 07:38 PM

I guess we all just get to talk about it more this coming week since it wont be solved on a sunday night by gfy. I just checked my stats too and I know Im a small fish as well. I've been getting consistent sales since back in early 06 myself and they've dropped off, and I checked and I haven't gotten a rebill from old sales since the new system went up either. Just one rebill from a sale made since the change.

HushMoney 03-11-2007 07:47 PM

We'll all be on ths issue first thing tomorrow morning. This needs to be resolved asap.

stev0 03-11-2007 09:51 PM

This month i've got 2 sales at 1:4651 ratio... Haven't sent a whole lot of traffic lately so it could just be coincidence, but it seems they used to convert a lot better. I'm sure everything will be back to normal soon enough.

I've talked to a few of my friends over the past couple weeks about stats and none have reported positive, and I know for a fact that they haven't complained to you nor will they, they'll simply move on to something that they know DOES work.

I hear ya, Sly... and I totally realize that there are several people out there that don't contact me with the same situations of those that do contact me... I could be quoted as saying the same many times myself... my point is that if someone's going to bother voicing concerns in the first place, it seems more productive, to me, to do it in a method that may result in a greater chance of the situation being rectified. If you do it here - without leaving me the ability to connect you to your affiliate account or stats, it's typically not nearly as effective as sending me an icq or email.

If you chose to move on, that's your call to make - of course. If you chose to help us get down to the bottom of what might be causing the problem for you and others, that's why my icq number and email are at the bottom of every post I make on GFY, and on every support page my company hosts.

Use them at your discretion.

but you didnt ...

i had 1/12400 ratio last time we talked

also what happend to the rebills ?

not a single one is reported since nats stats got replaced

I'm sorry if I failed to get back to you after saying I would. My days are usuually a balancing act of communication, and if you got lost in the shuffle, I apologize. I'll be sure to check our ICQ history from the office tomorrow morning and see where we left off... it's also possible a message of mine might not have gone through on ICQ for whatever reason... but whatever the reason, I'll reexamine where we were, and will initiate us picking back up.

What I do know is that when I decided to randomly check about 10 FHG's that I had been using the most, about 7 of them didnt load at all and the others loaded with the hushinc code. With my direct to tour link codes it was about 50/50 for the same type of thing.

As my posting habits this weekend shows I sure can relate to not spending every moment on GFY. :-) I usually check the board a couple of times a day - sometimes more often when there's a particular item of interest, but today was too beautiful a SoCal day to spend all of it inside, checking emails and such, and I appreciate that everyone involved is cool with letting us pick up things tomorrow.

Which we will, if you get in touch with me, I assure you. We're all about fixing what's broken, getting back to where we were, and beyond. Of course, If you've worked with in that way us before, you probably know that already

For everyone having problems... let me say that, aside from a couple of "extended lunches" during the week in which I'm taking a couple classes, I'm typically in the office from 9 - 5 PM PST Monday through Friday - guaranteed... and usually during some extended hours, and never too busy to speak with an affiliate.

Please hit me up.

I'm not sure who you've been sending icq's and emails to if you've sent multiple instances without a reply. Everyone in our office is pretty communication-centric.

Regardless, hit me up, and you'll have both answers to your icq's/emails, and will know why you haven't been able to log on.

And the conversion thing will be front-and-center until it's resolved.

Update... I am now, 0:9000....

Digipimp 03-11-2007 11:15 PM

Im not one to cast blame anywhere yet but it seems that alot of people are having problems. One thing I can say is that D has always replied to me fast when I tried to contact him and always been quick to get me taken care of.

A big switch like they made can be potential for a lot of random problems, some of which its possible they dont know exist, or know the degree to which they exist. Hopefully things get picked up on this week and things get better, but its up to everyone to come to their own business conclusions and do whats best for them based on what you find out.

daidevo 03-11-2007 11:17 PM

I agree this isnt the place for support requests but I just have to express my frustration since the move to the new system. An honestly what are we supposed to do? All of us fill out a suport ticket and say our rations suck now? You guys know the ratios have sucked since you moved. I understand there can be issues when doing a move like this but this is unacceptable. It's no secret I was one of your top affiliates last year but since the move my sales have all but dried up. I stopped promoting you but I was still 1:15,000 at the beginning on march.

Andrew - you said "We don't lie and we always take care of our affiliates and compensate when it is the right thing to do."
Is that not indicated here? Should we not be compensated for our sales drying up for no reason other than you switching systems? I was told by your support that your scrub levels were set way too high when you switched and 2 out of every 3 sales were getting denied. Should we not be compensated for that? Some of my scripts have been catching many FHG's that have gone 404. So what are you going to do for your affiliates that have lost a lot of money because of this?

sweetcuties 03-12-2007 04:56 AM

I just solved the prob... I switched your link out! Like I said on page 1, I only push a handful of sites and I don't have time to play games. I ignored the post a few mths ago. The last time I logged in, I saw a sale and that was a few mths ago :2 cents:

TheLegacy 03-12-2007 06:41 AM

at least the people at hush are listening and responding fast - I know they are busy as hell getting things corrected. good luck and keep us informed in things get corrected

TheSenator 03-12-2007 07:51 AM

You guys should roll back to NATS.

This "upgrade" is not going so well.

Thanks Digipimp, and yes, a move like this has thousands of thousands of variables and we can only solve each issue as it comes at us. I had no idea until this weekend that this was a large issue. When we moved from CCBill to Nats we had the same issue and lost some affiliates we didn't want to lose as well. With change comes issues that need to be solved and this one is not different, just larger issues.

Hey David, All you had to do was come talk to me. I knew a few affiliates were having problems, and D and the rest of the crew were resolving them as they came up, but I had no idea the extent of the issue until now. Hit me up at andrew (at) hushinc dot com. I would like to talk to you more about this. It's hard to resolve it just by posting here on GFY.

Sweetcuties, sorry to see you go. Just for clarification, we only switched our company a few weeks ago, not months ago.

Ouch, I bet they wish they never switched/changed the designs now, huh, lol. Why did they even switch design? I thought it was a pretty good classic look. w/e, good luck to everyone.

Maybe go back to the old design and go back to nats will help? i donno.
