A big switch like they made can be potential for a lot of random problems, some of which its possible they dont know exist, or know the degree to which they exist. Hopefully things get picked up on this week and things get better, but its up to everyone to come to their own business conclusions and do whats best for them based on what you find out.

Thanks Digipimp, and yes, a move like this has thousands of thousands of variables and we can only solve each issue as it comes at us. I had no idea until this weekend that this was a large issue. When we moved from CCBill to Nats we had the same issue and lost some affiliates we didn't want to lose as well. With change comes issues that need to be solved and this one is not different, just larger issues.

I agree this isnt the place for support requests but I just have to express my frustration since the move to the new system. An honestly what are we supposed to do? All of us fill out a suport ticket and say our rations suck now? You guys know the ratios have sucked since you moved. I understand there can be issues when doing a move like this but this is unacceptable. It's no secret I was one of your top affiliates last year but since the move my sales have all but dried up. I stopped promoting you but I was still 1:15,000 at the beginning on march.
Andrew - you said "We don't lie and we always take care of our affiliates and compensate when it is the right thing to do."
Is that not indicated here? Should we not be compensated for our sales drying up for no reason other than you switching systems? I was told by your support that your scrub levels were set way too high when you switched and 2 out of every 3 sales were getting denied. Should we not be compensated for that? Some of my scripts have been catching many FHG's that have gone 404. So what are you going to do for your affiliates that have lost a lot of money because of this?

Hey David, All you had to do was come talk to me. I knew a few affiliates were having problems, and D and the rest of the crew were resolving them as they came up, but I had no idea the extent of the issue until now. Hit me up at andrew (at) hushinc dot com. I would like to talk to you more about this. It's hard to resolve it just by posting here on GFY.

sweetcuties;12058579]I just solved the prob... I switched your link out! Like I said on page 1, I only push a handful of sites and I don't have time to play games. I ignored the post a few mths ago. The last time I logged in, I saw a sale and that was a few mths ago :2 cents:

Sweetcuties, sorry to see you go. Just for clarification, we only switched our company a few weeks ago, not months ago.
