Experience in the online ad industry is a large positive but certainly not a must.

You will build, manage, up sell and optimize long-term relationships with websites large and small. You will develop customer relationships, attend trade shows, up sell new products and maximize revenue for customers within the AVNads marketplace.

Maintenance of customer relationships is key. You should have excellent bonding and rapport skills along with a consultative approach to selling.

In addition, basic knowledge of HTML and CSS ?pimping your myspace page? is a huge plus!!

Responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for managing a large number of adult publisher (website) relationships. You will be responsible for managing every aspect of the publisher relationship from managing earnings queries, setting up new zones, cross selling products and optimizing campaigns.

Requirements:

? The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year of account management experience
? Undergraduate degree
? Must be comfortable with all niches of adult content
? Knowledge of the ad network space is a huge advantage
? Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
? Self-motivated, detail oriented and outgoing
? A sense of humor
? Experience with online advertising ? CPC, CPM and affiliate programs
? Good knowledge of the adult space (players in the space, key drivers in the industry) is a plus ?

Day to day tasks will include:

? Answering publisher emails/questions
? Up selling your account base with the growing number of available new ad products
? Instant Messaging with existing clients (aim, msn, yahoo, icq)
? Using Salesforce to track communication
