    Has anyone ever heard of full time paid internet ad writers?

    I met some kid over the weekend who is a friend of a friend.

    I asked what he did for a living and he said internet marketing...

    This peaked my interest being in the business I'm in ( adult / mainstream websites ) and I asked what exactly...

    He said he gets paid by a company working from home writing advertisements for things such as google adsense and what not.

    I never figured this could be an actual job seeing I have been writing descriptive text advertisements for my site since I was 16 and used them for my own benefit.

    Anyways, he said he made 10$ /hr and I was wondering if anyone ever heard of any companies that would pay people to write text ads.

    I wouldn't mind making some extra $ in my spare time...

              I write all kinds of stuff from gallery descriptions to blog posts, site reviews, article, scene descriptions, paysite text all different kinds of stuff. If I went after every job that I see out there and took every job offered it would be more than a full time job.

              So I think people can make money doing this, the question is how much.

              I don't do it full time, but it's a nice third income as I teach myself SEO.

                  Can't see someone just doing adsense ads, he probably works as a paid gay man in a chat room. If all you do all day long is write adsense ads then you probably aren't very efficient.

                                  The sentiment is fine, but $10 an hour is something to escape from rather than aspire to. The obvious question is why, if $10 an hour looks good, you have any spare time at all, rather than using it to get better at what you are already doing...
