No comunication during 2 first days. Yesterday they sent to template msgs. Stupid things like "now everything is working" when your server is still down.

Almost 4 days now, 2 of my servers are still down.

compensation, that´s a good word. It wouldn´t make me happy, or to forget these 4 days in hell, but I just want some actitud from hahahahahaha, I want to hear something...anything!
