add me to that list. new ccbill sales 2:13262 yesterday and 0:11530 so far today. rebills seem totally normal though.

I saw a very long slowdown in sales throughout february but sales picked up immediately on March 1st until yesterday. The change in ratios has been so abrupt it's as though someone is turning on and off a switch, I've been doing this for years and have never seen anything like this except on holidays - but that typically only lasts a day or two at most, more often like 12 hours or so.

nation-x on that 'other board' mentioned he saw a bunch of join pages not carrying affiliate codes yesterday and also that cookies were not being set. I didn't look into it myself so can't verify this. it would explain alot though...

This 100% the same pattern we've seen...

Our sales went crap yesterday and it's continuing today..

Outside influences do affect sales and always have. If something controllable is decreasing sales, we certainly want to know about it

Illtestyourgirls, make sure that client support knows about this, I would call them right away. Not sure what the issue is there, but they will jump on it right away

If there is a bug, ccbill will fix it. If corvette says sales go down due to outside influences, such as spring break, I will take it to the bank. He sees a lot of transactions over a lot of sites. I hope if there is a bug, you guys can find it quick! :thumbsup

If this issue is [possibly] effecting such a large number of people what will ccbill do to recheck and confirm all recent transactions so that the affiliates receive the correct amounts that they are entitled to?

scottybuzz 03-09-2007 05:34 PM

im missing about 20,000 ccbill sales

Lanceman 03-09-2007 06:51 PM

Ok everyone think about it,and just stay basic on this name three things that are wrong between you and this sponsor:

1.Problem.
2.Reason for this problem(if it ends with a question mark)its on limbo, follow the guidelines on this.
3.Find a suitable solution.

If you beleive and have solid evidence against sponsors that rip off hard working webmasters then Doc and File it and lets all get together and PROVE THE CONSPIRACY!:thumbsup

IllTestYourGirls 03-09-2007 08:31 PM

to set thing straight, it wasnt ccbill that fucked up, it was me, i had the wrong fucking codes. Thank god I dont get much traffic. I hate being a noob sometimes.

They were nice enough to look into for me, and told me how to fix it. :thumbsup

Sales for me and my affiliates are way, way up.
When sales are down, there are a few factors that cause this - Our sales were down in January, we changed tours to simple, clean pages with lots of videos surfers can download, and sales shot through the roof -

Would have been easy to blame ccbill back in January for poor sales - Instead, we looked at what the surfer was getting from our sites was much the same as thousands of others - bland, boring tours - We fixed it and sales are coming in faster than anytime over the past 12 years.

Isn't it nice to have billing company to blame every couple of days for having no new sales ?

extreme 03-10-2007 12:22 AM

I've been doing some testing recently and it seems there is something wrong with the ccbill click tracking.

Most of the time cookies are set correctly but sometimes they don't seem to be..
Have yet to find a pattern.

I've started doing tests with my own card when I have slow days and it always works. Lots of things can affect sales imo.

V_RocKs 03-10-2007 05:59 AM

Sales fluctuate... I cannot say I haven't been skeptical myself... Just search for CCBILL in the title and V_RocKs as the thread starter.

But each and every time it works out if I do a test or some shit.

Except once... That time they did do something and all of a sudden we all noticed sales and emails... but they didn't just disappear, there was an issue with a program that hung and so the tallying was being done... just getting cued instead.

bigalownz 03-10-2007 06:15 AM

and alot of time outs etc when i log in or click on a ccbill link

Have yet to find a pattern.

Have seen the same problem, was joining some new ccbill programs a week or so ago and when I checked the join pages some didn't contain my ref ID on the first try. Didn't see any pattern either, some worked some didn't.

Thursday 6 sep 0:15800
Saturday 8 sep 1:257

right now and this all week they are down to 1-2 signups/day again.

I understand if there are normal up and down days but I dont understand how they can be down for this long time and secondly on all my sites at the same time...? I have very diff niche sites...at least one of them should work.
