non US hosting?
Whats a good option to host a small site outside the US? I basically need it to be fast to load.. not in canada nor Mexico..

Fast for north american users, but not in north america is difficult to get.
I'd just search for "hosting in england" on google and check a couple of them out on hosting review sites.

Like I said, go with european hosting.
If you can, get a provider who peers with the New York International Internet Exchange through their IX.

I just can help you with finding hosting in China.but they do you allow adult sites,heheh,I guess American hosting is number.
