    Tired of the "N" Word

    <rant>

    Is anyone else here of the same mind on this? I freaking HATE this word, and what I hate even more is hearing a bunch of young punk white kids calling themselves and each other "nigga" or "niggaz" or whatever variation of this word.

    My nephew is a big offender in this area, this kid is not from the "hood" he's a fuckin' rural rat, not a hood rat. I look at his myspace and I just want to puke -- nigga this and niggaz that and all of his stupid little friends do the same thing. What is interesting to note is that on 99.9% of their profiles they all specifically state how they "hate to read" or "not much of a reader" in the section that asks for your favorite books. what the hell is wrong with these kids? since when did it become cool to hate reading and to call each other the n word? DISGUSTED. that's what i am today. </rant>

                  it is just a word, it is idiots like you that try to cause seperation in people because of it, you people are the real racists.

                  i think it is great that your nephew just uses it and does not mean to sound racist.

                  when you eliminate the hate behind the word their should be no problem with it.

                  we teach our kids sticks and stones dont break our bones but names will never hurt me yet we grow up and start to believe otherwise. HYPOCRITES.

                  nigga is just a word, i do not have any hate towards black people if i ever use it, its like sayin whats up buddy.

                  stop going out on a witch hunt and trying to make an innocent issue into a big deal. why dont we stop worrying about a fucking word and spend that time teaching about equality.

                          seriously though, am i just getting old or is it really ok for the kids nowadays to hate reading and education and call each other the n word? i was looking at one of his friends profiles a few mins after i posted this and counted the words nigga and niggaz 52 times.

                              i just posted something useful and proved why you are an idiot. it has nothing to do with how old you are. idiots come in all ages shapes and sizes and you fit into that category very nicely.

                                  I fail to see anything "innocent" about this at all -- I see a bunch of ignorant young adults who are illiterates basically, following the crowd like fucking sheep, and you are telling me there is nothing wrong with that picture?

                                      Wow, 52 times?? Maybe he should read more, expand that vocabulary a little bit! I can't imagine using ANY word that much!

                                      It's like the valley girls who walk around and say "like" all the time, it's fucking annoying!
