Can software be made that dosnt show as a proccess in Vista - GoFuckYourself.com

My bloody hard drive and proc are wizzing away like mad - but I have shut down everything.

If I had something nasty wouldnt it always show as a proccess?

Perhaps your harddrive is going on you... or are you using a drive encrypt program or perhaps your harddirve is compressed ???
