remember these are not always bids..although there was apparently a real bid on porn.com but everyone knew the reserve was 7.5..so i dont know that the 7 was really sincere..youll see on the video..if your bidding 7 mil..whats another 500k when you know you will definately have the domain at that point. so too me..it was a fluff bid knowing they wouldnt own it at that point.

ah. there were 5 of us in the room listening to it online and it didn't make sense to us... I also wondered why one of the other bidders didn't walk up to the guy and make a person to person deal on the spot... i'll front the extra million .. and take a 1/7.5 interest in the company.
