What do I add to the standard (fake) example above to link to a custom page within a site. For the tutorial you can just assume I want to link to http://123.com/sex.

yes you can, you can even link to one of your own pages on your server if you wanted too.
you add to the end &HTML=whatever domain you want, once the surfer clicks it the cookie and refering url is set

Yes you can. The above quote is correct. It won't work locally but online it will. For example, if webmasters want to link to my HotTeenAsian update blog they can use this link and get credit for the sales that might come through:

http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clic...asian.com/blog

(you'll have to mouse over to get the example link)

Thanks guys, I'm reselling a Japanese site and wanted to link to the English page. Figured it'd be faster to get a response here. I have 2 shoots this weekend, a softcore stills and a hardcore stills + video for my new site.
