    just because you drink and drive doesn't mean its illegal... if you get completely smashed and go driving, yes it is, but you can drink so much and drive safely

                        No. Anyone that does should lose their license forever. If they kill someone, they should be prosecuted for murder. It's one of the dumbest, most careless things anyone could ever do. Is it really worth it?

                                        6'2" and 220... so if I exceed 3 drinks in my first 2 hours, and 1 an hour after that for up to 6 hours, no way I'm driving.

                                        But if I don't exceed that amount, sure... nothing illegal against it... and, although I understand where they're coming from, I personally think special interest groups, such as MADD, have this country a bit too wound up about the concern over peeps driving after a few.
