    Only 20yrs for murder!

    Dude murders someone in cold blood on the street, gets ONLY 20 YEARS prison time... THIS is whats wrong with criminal justice.

          The guy spit in his face for brushing up against him in the street.

          A smart person would have just kept walking and lived.

          Should he have killed him? No, but it WAS antagonized... spitting in someone's face is a huge disrespect.

          25 is life... 20 is reasonable for this offense.

          BTW... "ONLY" 20 years? 20 years is a long time. 20 years ago, people were running Microsoft Windows 1, and 2.0 was released in October of 1987.

                      in the paper today here - guy robbed a 22 year old and executed him. got 15 years on a plea bargain cause the crown was scared of the trial and didn't think the case was strong enough.

                                      Here in the Netherlands killing someone is not so bad. There are enough people. Life in prison is here 8 years max is you behave or 18 years when you shoot the new prime minister.

                                              I think the maximum time you can do in finland is like 24 years.. no matter if you boil up a whole classroom of kids and then blow up a hospital after which you assassinate the president.
