I woke up with it today! My mom had it for 2 days this week and then I got it... It is horrible!!!

I just saw this thread now. I didn't even know she posted about this.
Ya, I had a bad feeling about this joint the moment we pulled in. It was a Chinese buffet and there were about 6 cars in the parking lot. I bet half of them, more than likely, belonged to employees.
We walked in and probably should have walked right on out, but we wound up finding ourselves helping ourselves to the buffet. They had a decent assortment of food but what really concerned me was the fact that the place was a ghost town.
The first thought to enter my mind after biting into the first fried scallop was salmonella. The food there was lukewarm, at best.
As I made my way to the table I caught looks from one of the few patrons there. I don't know if he was trying to send me a message (like 'Run!') or not. He probably was just thinking 'What the hell is this cracka looking at?!'.
Everything seemed to be going fine until TA came back with a 'cheese oyster', which had just been put out. I was just happy to have something hot, so I dug in. It was not until I was almost finished with it that I realized that it sucked, big time. The cheese was not any kind of cheese that I know of and it tasted like what armpit sweat must taste like and it had chunks of oyster laced in it.
As it turns out I kept my food down and felt fine, however TA is a different story. She heaved a couple times tonight. She's in bed now.
I was half expecting my fortune cookie fortune to say 'I am being kept prisoner in a factory. Please send help.'.

awww.. more than 5 pieces of cheese/baked oysters can really turn your stomach upside down.. lol me and some friends had our share when we had it and a few more seafoods in a restaurant a couple of months ago..
lost a couple of pounds for a week of ordeal in the bathroom..
