How in the FUCK do you make a flash movie a link?

Ok, so I have FLV / SWF files that I created using a program that converts AVI/MPG/etc to FLV / SWF. I'm trying to figure out how to link the FLV / SWF files to a URL and cannot for the life of me figure out how. You can't just wrap them in <a></a> tags, you can't wrap it in a div and link the div, etc. etc.. I've been looking for like 2 hours. It doesn't help that I don't know jack shit about flash but for fucks sake.. does it really need to be this difficult?

Do you have a copy of Flash? You could create a button and link it that way. |

Zoose... the links are in the flash itself.

Ya I realize that, it just seemed so trivial that I thought it could be done a lot easier. I've decided to say fuck it and just slap a text link below it. If anyone does know a quick and easy method though, feel free to share

there is no quicker way, you have to implement the link in a button within the flash file itself....so either do that or stick with your text link
