Put up an ebay auction and say that you can't list the domain for the privacy reason but it starts with s and ends with ex.com. You will probably have a couple of idiots bidding on it thinking its sex.com

Yea, list it on eBay and say that if Sex.com sold for $12 million, this name is easily worth $12 million x 21 = $252 million, and the government has spent more on stupider things.
