sounds like you have a bad case
i had em twice before - actually ten yrs apart to the exact month of the first. took percs and drank alot of water. lack of water is what causes them.

I had them once. Went to the emergency room and curled up in a ball and tried to endure the pain until the doctor would see me. He gave me some pain pills and told me I could pee it out. While the pain was acute I had a toothache once that was a lot worse.
