I usually don't mind colored text, as long as it's not done stupid in size=6 or size=7. And I don't have problems with a few smiley's. It's the multiple banners that are going to be eliminated with EXTREME prejudice.

Because you get paid to moderate, and even 358 form mails is not that difficult to do...and it's even less difficult if you deal with it when it first comes up - unless you are saying that 358 instances appeared today.

It's quite likely that if there are so many abusers, that the abuse is not intentional.
