    Legal Concerns for shooting content...

I have an original idea that i want to shoot custom content for. I was just wondering if there is any legal resources out there with information on starting an adult site and filming custom content.

Some questions that I am looking to answer are : How much do i pay the models? I know that is vague. sorry.

Where can i draft up the proper legal forms that i will need?

Do i need a lawyer? And other questions like that..

    Thanks

Yes you will need a lawyer. If you want releases etc I can shoot you a copy of mine but it is still best to check with a lawyer anyway.

Rates vary depending on what you want, where you live, the models etc.

I know it sounds biased as I am a content provider, but I really recomend you get a content provider to shoot exclusive for you - at least initially - maybe even a couple. Keeping up the supply of models, managing the paperwork, doing all the post production work and then running your site will leave you very busy, and getting great results from content and getting the girls to do what you want is not as easy as most people think.

If you really sit down and factor in all your costs (sets/locations, equipment wear and tear, lighting, model medicals, initial test shoots to make sure they will get there gear off and look good doing it, clothing etc etc etc ) including your time I think you will find that the difference between that and what a provider will charge you wont be a lot - if its a good idea I am sure some will even drop there price for a partnership arrangement.

If you are still after releases etc email me at [email protected] or ICQ 19770756 but I might be hard to catch on ICQ the next few days.

There are tons of resource centers for adult webmasters. Just do a search for adult webmaster resources. On all of the sites you will find tutorials for all of your questions to be answered. I would definatly contact a lawyer to find out the laws in your area before beginnining. Most Contracts and releases are just text block, but still takes some customizing. This board is a great place to get answers as well.

Good luck on your new venture.

better yet . Get your ass to Canada and shoot girls here. Cheap as hell , to the American Dollar.

Our girls get paid $100-150 Canadian for allowing us to make love to their face and dropping a nice hot creamy load down their tummy.

In American Dollars thats "as little as possible"
