Cam show solution for single girl site

We are taking over a single girl site, and she currently does a few cam shows a week. Nothing complicated... no private shows, no pay-per-minute, just members have access to watch and chat. On average there are between 10-25 members in the shows watching.

I know there are an array of options for implementing this - 3rd party java applets, quicktime streaming, windows media streaming. I have access to both Windows and Linux boxes for this, though I would sorta prefer to use the Linux ones.

She will be streaming from a Windows laptop on a standard broadband line.

Again this is only for one site that doesn't generate a ton of cash, so I'd prefer to keep the overhead for this on the cheap. What solutions have you guys had success with?

I do my shows on amateurcamz which is owned by camz.com. You are only required to do one show a week, and your members will have access to all of the other girls webcam shows. There is always a live show going on and my members love it. They get to see girls who do all kinds of things. It is free to join and there are a lot of hot models and pornstars on the network.
