i just watched it...there was some 17 year old girl and her mother during an interview. She said when she was 15 she was approaced by a man that told her he could get her modeling jobs. He made a site for her, one of those under age non-nude sites. Charge $21 a month. She said by the 4 month, the site was generating 6 figures, and she got 70%. She said by the 4-5 month she had $200,000. The guy who started the site turned out to be a registered sex offender. He had her make videos that members requested (non-nude) but had her make wet tee shirt videos and other custom videos. During the interview she was crying and said how she felt embarrased and was upset she did it. Eventually the guy who started the site was arrested for making a child porn tape of a 12 year old. Her and her mother said how bad they felt about the site and everything. The ironic part is now that she no longer works for the guy who was arrested, she decided to open her own site, which is the same as the one she had for the guy. The site is non-nude. They also said how congress is trying to pass a law to make the non-nude sites illegal but will face first ammendment advocates.

I think its sick...the people who are purchasing the memberships know how old the girls are. They are fucking perverts, and should be arrested along with her mother for allowing her to do the site. The girl said she was doing it to pay for college. Get a fucking job at the mall, and take out loans like the rest of the population.

Its stupid sites like these that give the legit webmasters a bad rap.

Well, a lot of these sites appeal to pervs, for sure. However, there are beautiful fifteen year old girls and beauty can be appreciated for beauty. Let's not be thought police, eh? Let's only prosecute people who do actual factual harm and not presume to know what goes on in other people's minds. What next? Throwing people in jail for thinking about robbery or imagining a murder? How many times have I imagined myself machine gunning certain members of this board?

As a lot of free speech advocates have pointed out re: the laws being considered against underage model non-nude sites, it will probably be impossible to define this activity without also including some young modeling activities we wouldn't want to prohibit.

ok, so let's say the age of consent is changed to 16 tomorrow...does that make it less sick? Are you going to be one of the thousands of webmasters who'd flocked to register domains like barely16.com and create sites proclaiming "she just turned 16 yeaterday and is posing naked for us today" So are you speaking from a position of morality or legality?

The reason we don't have any naked 16 or 17 year olds on our sites is purely due to legality...

even though "non-nude" sites may not necessarily be illegal, I don't really want to have to explain that to the stormtroopers who'd be at my door....

exactly. i'd say almost every straight male here has checked out some girl in a public place sometime.. do you know how old she is when you check her out? no. would it surprise you half of them are "underage"? instantly it's "sick" because the law says 18, and no one wants to admit to that.

the existing child pornography laws are quite short and don't deal with this kind of stuff explicitly. it's a lot of vagueness and is subject to one's personal opinion.

You should not judger every Non Nude webmaster the same. There are alot of Non Nude websites that promote girls that are over 18 years old. There is nothing wrong with making a Non Nude site with a girl who is over 18 years old.
