Get your story straight. That is not KFed's car. She was being bombarded by photographers at a gas station and went nutso on them with the umbrella. KFed does not have legal custody of the children, although they are in his care at the moment while Britney is in rehab. KFed has visited her twice in rehab, and the last time he brought the children with him so they could be with their mom for a bit.
