    One of my friends girlfriends want to do some cam work. What is a good camera to get? I don't think they want to buy anything extremely expensive but just something reasonable to start with.

      Honestly what I tell most of our girls is to get a capture card and use a camcorder. Its pretty cheap and works great. Plus then they can record their shows if they like as well. A good capture to get is an osprey or a winnov

          You can pick a compact 3ccd camcorder for around 500-700 bucks, use that w/ an Osprey card & you have a nice little set up.

              you can get a logitech pro 5000 for $99 at best buy and it works just fine...
