is there a program about that will do this:

- say a sponsor as changed the URL to send signups to and u have 400 pages with the old URL on, is there a program that will search through the html and automatically change the link?

I am sure there is but just not sure where to look.

I use dreamweaver's search and replace for this, very powerful and easy to use. have done it to 1k files in a few minutes (plus reupload)

Search and Replace 98 (filename: SRHTML98.exe) is a free download at Tucows and elsewhere and can change text in all kinds of files.

can you do a bulk search and replace with dreamweavewer (like specify a folder with say 100 html files) and do it all at once, or do you need to open each html seperatly?
