I'm wondering about state obscenity laws in my community. I'm concerned there may be some sort of law against distribution of poronography on the net. I live in a very conservative state in the U.S.

Does anyone know a site or some place where I can find out about this?

I'm not an attorney, but I've never seen any indication that distribution of pornography is an issue other than in the jurisdiction at the receiving end. I've never heard of anyone arrested for transmitting pornography at the sending end. However, possession of certain materials and the production of them may raise local issues. (Child pornography obviously...and I'm not implying that's you, just citing an obvious example, and anal and oral sex are illegal in some states, even between consenting adults in the privacy of their own home, believe it or don't).
