government crackdown on online porn
It has been rumored for months that the government is going to begin a legal campaign against online porn. How do you think the U.S. government will balance enforcement of existing laws against child porn, and related illegal sites, versus legitimate rights to run online pornographic websites as a business? What criteria do you think should be taken into account by the government when balancing these competing interests?
