Porko, since you seem to be new to this im going to give you a few tips that should help you learn faster.

Before asking a question try your best to research it by
1. Searching for "best tgp" in the threads of the boards.
2. Hitting up all the popular resource sites and searching there.

This will help you cause more often than not your question has been answered indepth by someone else in a post or in an article. You can read it at your leisure, save it.. and oftentimes you'll find other great tidbits of info along the way.

But a quick answer to your question is...

There isnt "1" best TGP to send your galleries. If all a TGP submitter did was submit their gallery to one TGP they'd fail quickly. The general idea is to amass as much traffic as possible, which usually means submitting to tens or hundreds of TGP's daily.

Some TGP's get more traffic than others, you can find out roughly what kinda traffic they're doing at sextracker.com ... but keep reading around and you'll find a list of the "top" TGP's somewhere im sure.
