The first few months were awesome...I was losing weight like crazy. I plateau'd for a bit then it kicked in again. I was averaging about 10 lbs a month. Now, Im just trying to maintain a healthy weight.
I took up boxing at the time that I started losing the weight, so now Im actually looking to start getting into some amatuer fights.
