You should try this one :
1. morning : fruit + milk + corn flakes 2. 14pm : vegetables + chicken/fish + milk 3. afternoon : 1h swimming, then after milk+fruit 4. dinner : vegetable soup dont take too much of all, except soup ;) and a LOT of water (min. 1,5l by day) if you follow this, you will loose weight easily for long time and its not too hard diet |
5kgs in 4 days doesn't seem too healthy if you ask me....
