Please note that this policy does not only apply to adult sites. They are protecting their brand. *I* don't take MasterCard, CCBill does. So I can't use the logo on my sites. I have to keep it on my CCBill pages. Whoopty-doo.

USA is the country to produce stupid rules :
first we had to remove word "lolita" from all sites including pretty legal 18+ sites, now we need to remove word "mastercard", next we will have to remove words "mc", "fuck", "pussy" and finally words like "America" and "US" so your country would not be associated with porn biz too

Billers like ccBill can have the credit card logos on their site. And yes, the signup page is "their's" if you are using their merchant account.
