At first I was sad for the k-9 he looked lonely. However the more you look at it the more it seems he just wants a piece of that car.

Yes, it looks cold. It's a very nice picture...the way the dog's looking out of the window and all the colours...great one.

I don't know how people are getting 'a nice spring day' from the pic. Yes you can see the glare from the street, but the pic on the whole looks sad, and as though it could be from a part in a sad movie or something.

You could write a full scene from a script with that pic in there... Nice work !

The pic is great! But I dont think it looks cold. The dog is excited! The ears are excited, the claws are excited, like something just came into his sight that he wants. I think that is where everyone is getting the spring feeling, everyone wants spring after a cold winter. :2 cents:

You can cool the image down a little more with a simple technique:

in photoshop, create a canvas with a medium to light blue background color. Past your image in a new layer above it, and then turn the opacity down slightly (to about 85-90%). You want a very, very slight blue tinge to the image, which will make it look MUCH colder, without changing the image.

Enjoy :)

What are the partial bars for on a second or third story window? I guess that entirely depends on where this was shot.

I don't feel cold at all, if anything it makes me think of hope. The hope of getting outside into that brightness and warmth and all the world has to offer.

Not sure if you were giong for cold or not, but it is a great shot either way. :)

Perhaps you don't know what 15 degrees below zero (WCF) looks like in New York. You don't need snow;
...and yes I was drinking, that's when I do my best work:1orglaugh
