those levels are relative, and so someone living in "poverty" in the UK is not the same thing as someone living in poverty in the third world. here in the UK there are lots of jobs, but also lots of people who don't want to work and prefer to live off the state, and hence the majority of people living in poverty in the uk, do so by choice.Comment

but it is well known eastern europe is alot poorer than western europe and therefore brings the average of europe altogther down. but no i was called a nimroid. oh well live and learn from americas finest.Comment

First solid argument, those levels are relative, and so someone living in "poverty" in the UK is not the same thing as someone living in poverty in the third world. here in the UK there are lots of jobs, but also lots of people who don't want to work and prefer to live off the state, and hence the majority of people living in poverty in the uk, do so by choice.

both fruit. though different charachteristics. hey! just like europe, hey why not lets compare them. maybe we can then squash the apples and the oranges and have apple orange wine! a drink for the people in poverty
would i fit into winetalk with ideas like that?

Care to link to proof of this claim, I find it VERY hard to believe. Also poverty in America is considered rich in most of the world.
A quick search says about 12%, which is about 1 in 10 nowhere near 5 of 6

How can someone analyze some made up statistic? It's 60% of the median income? What make that "poverty" level, why not 50% or 75%? And what exactly is shocking about it, 1 in 6 make less than 60%, 1 in 6 probably make over 140% of the median income, and so probably 2/3rds make just average income... hardly shocking....Custom Software Development, email: woj#at#wojfun#.#com to discuss details or skype: wojl2000 or gchat: wojfun or telegram: wojl2000
