I'm pretty inked up myself and I get that same comment every now and then. My response to that is my tattoos will be the least of my concerns IF I actually make it to that age. I'll be more concerned with just being able to wake up every day and a thousand other things.

Tattoos are a personal expression and they are a part of you for life. They're for some people and not for others. Me, I choose to have them because I enjoy them and it's part of my personality. I'd rather live my life my way and worry about what I'm gonna do when I'm 75 once I get there.
