Paysite promote another paysite, is that posible?

I just wondered.. is it allowed paysite to promote another paysite. Just different design, same content?

Some sites allow co-branding if that's what you mean.

Here is what I mean with that question: Paysite of few tour pages + join page that contain same content as another paysite of my favorite sponsor. When user comes to join page and write username, password and email - he is sent to the form that will charge the user. Is that honest to surfers and is there angry site owners? hehe

So, it's a different tour you designed for a sponsor (BYOT), right ? Some sponsors allow it, but you should get it approved by the sponsor before using it.

If you run an actual paysite (with members area) and sell memberships to other sites on your signup form, it's called cross selling or x-selling.

BYOT work well for some people. Cross selling from within a paysite works very well.

as long as your tours ok and doesnt contain anything illegal or not true (aka stating its hardcore when its not) then most sponsors would allow that
