      Sorry, dude, but we dont use ICQ as a resource because it is just so flaky. We dont like resting our reputation on a program that goes down as much as ICQ does ;)

      Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is open 24x7x365 at 1-888-4-NATNET (+1-404-420-7000 from outside US/CAN) or you can send an email directly to Bill (LBBV), he is the head honcho, at bill -DOT- vanvorst (AT) nationalnet COM . I am not in the office today so it may take me longer to respond than just contacting the office.

          trust me, they don't need icq, they answer and chat via email just as quick as an icq convo....hahaha

                      they are so quick with their support, i can honestly say that out of all the host ive used, they are the best for support.

                      and trust me, i ask some silly things.
