    i have a project due for tomorow and i have to take a pic and bring it back to life
    heres the pic

    see the people at the bottom?
    i would have to use the eyedrop tool to bring out their jackets more right?

                  plus if you wanted to spend some more time, you could darken the sky down a little bit, make the smoke a little darker, and pull the center of interest a little more toward the center of the picture as result.

                  The front of the building is pretty badly overexposed, and there really isn't much to do as a result.
