WOW ! - my ghast is very flabbered and I'm not even gonna think about how much work is gonna be involved modding & admining that lot - LOL, do you ever plan to sleep ever again ?

On a more serious note, ( and you prolly don't need me to tell you this ), forums these days come and go and getting a new one up to any reasonable level of success can be very difficult because A, they are so cheap and easy to set up and B, because they are so cheap and easy to set up for any subject matter a forum can be centered around you'll prolly be up against lots of established competition from day 1

From what I do know about building a successfull forum I would advise you to think about making sure your first wave of posters are people that actually know the subject that the forum is centered around rather that go for the cheap, bulk blah, blah, blah brigade and get them to commit themselves to regular postings for at least six months because if you can "hit the ground running" with good info then they can be suprisingly viral, but without it they can soon get lost in cyberspace.

Yes, very industrial scale. Buying an office building even. This is going to be huge. There is no way we could manage this properly on our own. The goal is to have employees do as much as possible.
