you know at first i thought it was a good thing until she went into detail. The teacher taught them about oral and anal sex too. Now my daughter just turned 12 and is in 6th grade .

She came home ans described both of these actsto me in full detail. I dont know if i should be pissed at the school or not. I dont remember that much detail when i was in school.

I've always felt that many parents allow themselves to live in the dark. If your kid is in 6th grade they probably know a whole lot more than you would imagine. I would rather my kid have a little too munch info too soon, than not enough too late.

Yup, but for parents kids always stay kids, even if they are 30 or 40 or whatever and especially at the age they start thinking about sex, it's hard for parents to accept that they grow up...but you are right, it's better they know everything at 12, there are enough teenage mothers who didn't...sad, but today is very different from the time we were at this age.

I learned about the different kinds of sex, anal, oral, vaginal, whatever. The reason they do it is to show them an alternative that doesn't result in pregnancy. Giving a blowjob won't knock your daughter up.

There isn't much you can change about her wanting to do these things if she does, but you sure as hell can stop it from happening by giving her a strict curfew, calling the other kid's parents before she goes over, and not letting her date losers...

Sigh...it's got to be hard to accept that.

Yes i do, i have heard of alot of teens who think it is not sex when they take it via anal.

Also i am pretty sure diseases like genital warts can be picked up from anal sex.

Also blowjobs are a way to spread herpes, warts and i am sure many other diseases.

The only way to full proof kids in education, i am sure the teachers arent telling them "to please your man you need to give good head" they are just trying to educated kids (no longer babies) about safe sex.
