Mitchell Steven Tepper, a sexologist who operates the Sexual Health Network from a Web site, said the threat posed to his business by the new law will be "devastating" because he operates a small company that is not yet profitable and can't afford huge legal fees to defend himself.

Tepper posts on the Web site answers to questions that are often graphic and explicit and he said he often has no way of knowing the age of a user or what state that user is from.

That's a ridiculous law if it gets passsed -- if a kid is surfing the web and comes to a disclaimer saying you have to be 18 and still clicks enter, it is his fault! You should be the one sueing that kid, then sue his parents, then the computer manufacture, then the chair, and also his school -- be an American and sue like Americans do!

So, by restricting juveniles access to books with for letter words in the titles and nudity on websites, we will be protecting them from sexual predators. Am I missing something in the article here? Sometimes you just have to thank God for the federal courts. If this goes through looks like I will have to move from Cleveland.
