Hacked Site??

How do I check to see if someone has hacked one of my sites and installed a virus? I was going through my sites and when I visit one of them it says transferring data from www.porcosnet.com (no clue what that site is) then it freezes up and shuts down firefox and IE. Then my antivirus program kicks up and says a virus was detected and cleaned from my computer.. So how do i find out if i been hacked? What should I do??

Thanks.. Didn't even think of that.. Is there any kinda program that I can check it with while I wait for my host to do their thing?

Not that I know of off the top of my head. The reason I gave the bland 'contact host' is because you don't seem to know much about server admining therefore it would be wise to let them go through the log files and check files manually, etc.
