    is there anything I can do about this

    I got a email that this guy has ripped my site and is posting it here:

          Since, in their own TOS, it says that you agree that your posts will not contain and copyrighted, trademarked, patented or intellectual property belonging to another person or entity...as this would be grounds for termination of their account....you would probably have to start by sending them DMCA paperwork and and a Cease and Desist. Good luck. I've had to do this with Ebay-they removed the stuff quickly.

              Thank you , I thanked the person who told us .He just wrote back to tell me this guy has posted 30 complete sites tonight.

                  Telling every surfer who reads this that they can download your whole site via usenet probably wasn't the best idea.

                  If you did contact his/her usenet provider they could cancel that account. But the odds are he stole the account or used a stolen CC to signup. Even if you got that account banned the content would still be available via usenet.
