what pricerange? anything less then 2k a month and first month 3 months rent (2xdeposit+1xfee) is impossible unless you prefer a broomcloset or way way out of the centre as in 1 hr sub

thats all around 1300-1400 minimum, most of these bureaus ask 1 month service fee 2 months downpayment, all other appartments are posted on local sites and gone within the hour.

If you want something thats no shithole 2k is what youll pay at least and still you gotta be VERY lucky to get a decent studio in the center

you can get broadband internet anywhere in this country without a single exception. find some dutch guy who has time to check http://www.marktplaats.nl/ for you, you might find something around the 1K marker over there.......I don't have the time to look for you

well i would go with directwonen they are fast but they can ask a lot. they ask on month rent as their service fee. then there is still the issue of only renting for a short time.

the promblem is that many people are looking places to live. If i where you i would try to ge some like a estate agent for the more rich people if you just want to rent for 3 months. getting something that other people normally have to wait for several years is going to be impossible. There are several adult companies in that region. Try inter climax they also got some contacts or they guys from free one or the guys from payserve. The hun ect. Just contact them. Or you could just check into a hotel.

yup fyi - living on a houseboat isnt exactly living poor, theres no tax on these boats (property) plus some are castles, 2 stories, double bath bedrooms etc

plus you get out of the boat and are basically IN the center, lotsa celebs live on one.

mind you a shabby one is 250k
