Dog people: my dog gets aggresive when I try to take the pig ear from her
I got a problem with my 9 months old rottweiler.
I can touch her food when she eats without any problem. I can also take the chew bone from her, she just looks at me. But, I gave her a pig ear today. And she started to snarl at me when I came close to her. And when I did try to take the pig ear she gave me a warning bite. I don't know if I did the right thing but I did grab her very hard by her neck, she was "screaming" like crazy, and I did force her down to the floor and then I took the pig ear. She was acting very aggressive. ![]() How should I handle situations like these? I can't let her be this aggressive, right? She's starting to get big.. She's already very big for her age. ![]() |
